3 Battery Banks, 3-phase AC?

by Rod Swank
(Huntington Beach)

In my mind I want to use three "banks" of batteries, so 3 legs of power (batteries wired in series) "invert" the three legs into a form of AC and be able to control it from 0-400Htz. Most of the controllers are stepping up the voltage in the controller I think. Point me in the right direction?

Hi, Rod -
Okay, I can do that: you'll be wanting the EV Discussion List. There's a large group of really smart people who live there.

Some of those smart EVDL folks have agreed to teach here at EV University, so sign up for a class and get some personal attention!

Regards,
Lynne
