Advice on Buying an Electric Car Conversion

I'm looking at buying a converted EV (taking your advice:) and don't know much about 'em. How do I know how much HP is good? If the motor is good? Hi, Evan! Get yourself to a meeting of the local chapter of the Electric Auto Association - in your case, SEVA. There's no way to tell from a description of an electric car whether it is a good deal or not, but at the meeting you will find kindhearted souls willing to answer all your questions and help you find an electric car you'll love!
