Does anybody out there know if there are any federal laws against trying to build a self charging electric conversion?

Hey, I did a video recently. Go to the BloGhia and go down to "Let Me Present" and click on the movie link. There is a kids version too, just above that - it is fun, I just gave it to my son's 4th grade class yesterday. The kids love the car & can't believe when I "turn on the engine" and it is silent.
Also, I added an FAQ too. It answers some questions as I reflect on 6 months of daily driving in my eGhia.
