Hi,!

Let's Talk About Electric Cars: 8 Most Inspiring Interviews

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

It's book launch time for Electric Cars are for Girls. I'm very excited to announce the release of Let's Talk About Electric Cars: 8 Most Inspiring Interviews.

What's it about?

Well, a lot of people are thinking about electric cars now, because of all the benefits. Electric cars are cleaner and quieter and in a lot of ways they're just better cars than gas-guzzlers. The more people drive them, the better off we'll all be.

But an electric car is also a big financial investment. Whether you're buying a new car or converting a used car, you're putting thousands of dollars into it.

What happens if you find that you've sunk all this money into an electric vehicle of some sort and then discover that it's not all you hoped or you can't use it to drive to work or it just doesn't make your heart sing?

Then I thought: Hey! I know people who have been driving (or building or converting) electric cars for years. I know people with new LEAFs and old beer-budget conversions. I know people who convert cars to electric for a living, and people who build motors for electric cars.

Why don't we go talk to those EV guys about their cars?

As a "fly on the wall" in that conversation, you could get a lot better idea of what electric cars are really like, what it's like to actually live with an electric vehicle every day, and that might help you figure out which EV might fit your life the best...without having to spend a fortune learning the hard way.

Over the years that followed, I did a lot of interviews with a lot of electric car people. These articles quickly became our most popular feature.

The book is a collection of 8 of these interviews that particularly inspired me or taught me something completely unexpected about electric vehicles.

Available on Amazon

For now, Let's Talk About Electric Cars is only available in Kindle format.

Don't have a Kindle? That's okay. Amazon has made it so you can read Kindle books on all sorts of devices, including your regular computer. They will give you a free app to use when you get the book.

Special price this weekend

I'm offering the book at a discounted price this weekend to my friends and supporters. The price goes up on Tuesday...so, you know, get it while it's hot.

I hope you love it, and it is as inspiring to you as it was to me.

Enjoy your long weekend!

All the best, Lynne
