Spitfire is a good candidate for EV conversion

The Spitfire makes a great EV conversion candidate. I did a conversion on my 79 Spitfire. It was a lot of work to be sure. There is a balance between not having to deal with modern car issues such as interfacing with the CAN bus and gauges, but the nature of an old British car brings its own problems.
