There's a company in Oklahoma City, OK. It's The Quick Charge Corp. They've been around a long time. They have a basic charger that can be programmed to any chemistry. (They do have to program their chargers at the factory for lithium batteries.) They're the only company I've seen that has what I would consider a "universal" charger.
